Who is the course for
The course is intended for those who deal with IT processes, optimizing the
providing of IT services, etc. It is mainly accessed by IT managers, IT process
specialists, project managers, and anyone who follows the particular processes.
What we teach you
You will learn to be orientated issues related to the providing of IT
services, to understand all parts of process control, to use uniform terminology
within IT processes and ITIL® conception, to understand the life cycle of IT
services and for basic processes of life cycle stages (Service Strategy, Service
Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, and Continual Service
Improvement) their activities, inputs, outputs, links to other processes,
benefits, and potential problems.
Required skills
No preliminary professional knowledge is required for this course. However,
knowledge of the technical English is needed (the training materials are in
English and presentation is in Czech).Previous completion of the ITIL® Awareness
course is an advantage for taking part in this course though it is not
essential.
Teaching methods
The training is a combination of presentations given by the trainer and
individual work in groups of course participants, with the subsequent
presentation. At the end of the course, all participants will check their
knowledge by means of a number of examining questions similar to questions used
in the real certification exam.
This training course is also intended for
training for the ITIL® Foundation certificate, certification exam, which is
included in the price.
