ITIL® 2011 Foundation + Practitioner + Exam

The course provides a comprehensive introduction to the topic of process management with a focus on IT processes during providing of IT services using ITSM. ITIL® 2011 is an internationally recognized set of recommended practices based on long-time collecting of experience from different companies of various sizes in different countries and with different IT systems. The third day of this course consists of the certification exam ITIL® Foundation Certificate in 2011. The course is subsequently followed by the course ITIL® 2011 Practitioner, which is also concluded with a certification exam.

Accredited ITIL® 2011 Foundation + Practitioner + exam training is provided by ict-123.com or ociris accredited by PeopleCert Examination Institute.
