ITIL® 2011 Practitioner + Certification exam

ITIL® 2011 Practitioner is an accredited course, which extends and deepens the knowledge gained in the course ITIL® 2011 Foundation. In this course you will learn how to practically grasp the individual processes, how to implement the and eventually optimize them. The course does not focus only on the technical or procedural point of view, but also the view of organizational changes, which is in such cases often a critical implementation success factor.

Who is the course for

The course is designed for all those, who are to some extent responsible for the use, creation and optimization of IT processes. The minimum requirement is completion of the course ITIL® 2011 Foundation. It is necessary to have the ITIL® 2011 Foundation certificate to be allowed to take the certification exam.
