ITIL Service Transition + Exam

The Service transition is the third phase of the IT service lifecycle, as recommended by ITIL. The task of this phase is to implement a service design that was prepared in the service design stage in the form of Service design package. Here's the time to buy, install, configure, program, test, and document everything that's related to the service. The result is a ready-made service in a production environment that users are ready to work with. This three-day accredited course focuses on individual principles, sub-activities, methods and tools used in individual processes. It also focuses on the roles (and responsibilities) defined in these processes, on the technologies used and, last but not least, on the implementation and the associated challenges and risks.
