How do I place my order?
All courses in the catalogue on www.gopas.cz can be ordered easily by placing them in the cart. Please make sure you have selected the correct place and date of the course.
To apply for our courses, you need to be registered and signed in. In your account settings you can decide whether you purchase your courses as a natural or legal person or whether you will be representing your employer and register yourself or other employees in the employer’s name.
You can also choose your billing settings. However, if you wish to order a course in the name of your employer, it is very likely that the manner of billing has already been laid out by the contract and you will not be presented any options.
Where can I find my order history?
When you sign in, you will find all your confirmed orders in sectionOBJEDNÁVKY (ORDERS) in the menu on the left. If you can’t find an order you have just made, don’t worry. All new orders first go through a confirmation process in GOPAS, especially due to necessary checks of course capacity.
You will receive a written confirmation of your order in a confirmation e-mail or (more commonly) an invite for the training in question. At the same time, the order will be made visible in your order history in your account.
How do I sign up for the IT Specialist Club?
Anyone who completes any standard open course for IT specialists at the Prague, Brno, or Bratislava branch of the GOPAS IT Training Centre is entitled to a membership as long as they also sign up on the last day of the course at the latest and complete a satisfaction survey. Sign up using this form.
What time do courses start and finish?
Our courses usually start at 9:00 a.m. and finish at 4:00 p.m. There are short breaks for refreshment and a one-hour lunch break. Most courses take place on the premises of the GOPAS IT Training Centre in Prague or Brno, others are organized by our partners who decide the place and time themselves. Please always follow the information in your invite, which will be sent to you before the start of the course.
Where can I park my car?
Prague Pankrác - from January 5, 2026
There are several paid parking options nearby:
OC Arkády Pankrác - The first two hours of parking are free, each additional hour costs 50 CZK.
Mixed parking zones can be found on Budějovická and Bystřická streets.

The Brno branch is located in the historical centre of the city where car traffic is significantly limited. Paid parking is available in the building (Business Complex TITANIUM). Other options include parking in street Křídlovická (CZK 20/hour), or in street Nové Sady opposite the building of Mall.cz (also CZK 20/hour).
Lunches and snacks
There are several shorter coffee breaks during the day and one long break for lunch. You will receive lunch vouchers which can be used in partner restaurants. Further information will be shared by instructors at the start of the course.
Hot and cold beverages will be available throughout the day on premises in the Prague and Brno GOPAS branches.
