Implementing and Operating Cisco Collaboration Core Technologies On-Premises

This five-day instructor-led course provides the knowledge and practical skills required to deploy, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Collaboration technologies in on-premises enterprise environments. Learners develop a comprehensive understanding of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Unified CM), Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Instant Messaging and Presence, Cisco Expressway, and media resource management.Through a combination of instructor-led learning and hands-on labs, participants gain practical experience configuring call control, dial plans, media resources, endpoint registration, mobility services, collaboration security, and high availability. The course also explores collaboration applications, gateway integration, troubleshooting methodologies, and operational best practices to help learners build secure, resilient, and scalable on-premises collaboration solutions.This course, together with the Implementing and Operating Cisco Collaboration Core Technologies Hybrid and Cloud (CLCOR-HC) course, prepares learners for the Cisco 350-801 CLCOR v2.0 certification exam and supports progression towards Cisco Certified Specialist – Collaboration Core, CCNP Collaboration, and CCIE Collaboration certifications. Successful completion also provides 26 Cisco Continuing Education credits towards recertification.
