Operations at the End of the Year
When can you schedule a course, certification, or reach us in the office?

Courses

• The final trainings and courses of this year will take place in the week of 15–19 December 2025.
• Courses for 2026 will begin on 5 January. While the Brno address remains the same, in Prague we look forward to welcoming you at our new address in the Trimaran building, Na Strži 2097/63, Prague 4 (next to the Arkády Pankrác shopping center).

Certifications

• Testing through Pearson VUE, PSI, Kryterion, and EC-Council platforms will run until 19 December 2025. In Brno, testing will resume on 5 January 2026; at our new Prague branch, the testing room will open on 16 February 2026.
• Please note that testing capacity is often limited at the end of the year due to high demand, so we kindly ask you not to leave your registrations to the last minute.

Client Services Operations

• Please be aware that around the turn of the year some of our services may be limited due to the relocation of our Prague branch to new premises.
• From 23 December 2025 to 2 January 2026, both of our branches will be closed, but we will be happy to process your email requests and inquiries.
• We will be fully available again from 5 January 2026 at both branches – in Brno at the Titanium building and in Prague at our new address in the Trimaran building, Na Strži 2097/63, Prague 4 (next to Arkády Pankrác).

Billing Department

Urgent matters and requests regarding updates to billing information or tax documents for 2025 should be sent no later than 19 December.
