OSINT Investigation Advanced

The course is designed for anyone who already has basic experience with OSINT and wants to take their skills to an advanced level. It is particularly suitable for OSINT analysts, investigative journalists, security specialists, cybersecurity professionals, red teamers, forensic investigators, fraud and financial crime investigators, attorneys, compliance specialists, analysts, investigators, and other professionals who need to systematically collect, verify, and connect information from publicly available sources as part of their work.

The course is led by professional OSINT investigator Pavel Prochorov (lecturer bio: https://www.osintinvestigation.cz), who will take you beyond commonly available techniques and show you how to work with digital traces whose true significance may not be immediately apparent. You will learn how to uncover hidden connections, link seemingly unrelated pieces of information, and approach investigations systematically, from the first lead to the final finding.

• conduct advanced investigations and connect digital traces across social networks and community platforms
• locate people, objects, and places using advanced GEOINT and IMINT techniques and effectively work with satellite imagery and other visual data
• manually trace Bitcoin and Ethereum transactions and analyze the flow of funds on the blockchain
• use specialized tools for blockchain analysis and smart contract investigation
• identify information that is not normally available through standard user interfaces and work with technical and historical data
• combine different sources, platforms, and investigative disciplines to create a comprehensive picture of the investigated case
• apply the acquired knowledge in practice through real-world practical assignments

• Knowledge at the level of the GOC60 course.
• Participants should be able to independently search for, obtain, verify, and perform basic analysis of information from publicly available sources and understand the fundamental principles of OSINT investigation.
• Participants who are unsure about their skill level or are just beginning with OSINT are advised to complete GOC60 first.

• Basic principles of blockchains and cryptocurrencies
