The course deals with the analysis and development of processes in the RPA tool Blue prism.Software Blue prism has long been one of the most widespread and most successful RPA tools. In the course, in three days each participant will be able to get acquainted with the basic functionalities of the RPA tool Blue prism. He will gain basic knowledge about the principles and possibilities of developing robots for simple processes using this tool.

For anyone who wants to automate processes through RPA Blue prism.

General knowledge of RPA + ideally experience with creating macros. Any experience with object-oriented programming methods is an advantage.
Knowledge at the RPA_INTRO entry course level

1. day - introduction to RPA and Blue Prism + preparation and documentation

Introduction of the largest / most widespread RPA tools and their general comparison with Blue prism
Blue Prism - Information on the tool, division, parts, licensing policy and methodology
Blue Prism Labs Exercise
General tips for preparing, mapping, and creating PDD and SDD documentation
How to work with PDD (Process Definition Document)
How to create a Solution Design Document (SDD)
Download and install the trial version of Blue Prism
Introduction to Blue Prism Process and Object Studio - what the application consists of, orientation in the tool and basic settings

2. day - basics of automation script development in Blue Prism

Processes and objects (available stage, flowchart, state machine and more)
Basic robot workflow design and how to construct it (level 1, level 2, level 3)
Logging
Manage variables and arguments
Basics of error handling and handling exceptions
Development of training processes and demonstration of best practice

3. day - basics of automation script development in Blue Prism

Cycles, conditions, decisions
Timeout, Wait and their settings in the workflow
Inputs and outputs
Working with emails
Working with tables in MS Excel
Application Models
Working with objects
Development of components and their connection to the entire workflow
Component testing and argument definition
Debugging and debugging / catching errors
Development of training processes and demonstration of best practice
