This training will guide you through the journey from understanding the principles of AI, through identifying opportunities and analyzing your company's capabilities to use AI, to its real-world implementation. It is designed exactly for you - business analysts, business architects, and solution architects - who want to do more than just experiment with AI. You will learn how to find the right problems to solve, how to determine whether your company is ready for AI, and how to integrate it into existing systems.

In this training, you will design your own AI solution for a specific business need using a practical example. You will go through the process from problem identification, through its design, to basic integration.

Business analysts and business architects who want to better understand the needs of their clients and design innovative solutions involving artificial intelligence.
Solution architects and IT analysts who are looking for the right tools and ways to integrate AI into existing systems.
Enterprise architects who want to incorporate the area of ??AI use in the organization into their portfolio.

Be able to identify opportunities for AI: You will learn to recognize problems and needs that can be effectively solved using artificial intelligence, and you will design specific scenarios for its use.
Understand the possibilities and limitations of AI: You will gain an overview of the different ways of deploying AI (on-premise, cloud, hybrid), their advantages, disadvantages and costs.
Be able to take regulatory and security into account: You will understand current legislative requirements, ethical issues and data protection principles when working with AI.
Be able to apply AI in practice: You will experience the entire AI deployment process on an example - from problem identification to solution design.

It is an advantage, but not a requirement, to have user experience with using generic AI tools such as Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT.
At least minimal knowledge of the Postman application is recommended (you will try out API calls yourself).

Context, resources, people, processes and information (analysis, determination of readiness)

Adjustment of the change delivery process for AI needs
Defining requirements
Proposal of solutions for identified shortcomings in the implementation of capabilities
Basic AI deployment scenarios (on-premise, cloud, hybrid).
Payment models, their optimization and involvement in the solution.
Practical aspects of working with tokens and their limits.
Implementation (integration)
Evaluation of the project introducing AI
