During this two-day workshop, we will guide you through the Design Thinking process—from understanding customer needs and defining the problem to generating ideas, prototyping, and testing. We will also show you where artificial intelligence can effectively support the process, for example in preparing customer research, working with collected insights, finding inspiration, or developing ideas further. This is not a theoretical course on innovation. You will work hands-on, use practical methods and templates, and experience a proven approach that you can apply to your own projects, services, processes, or customer challenges.
This training is suitable for anyone who wants to design better products, services, processes, or customer and employee experiences, including:
The outcome is not just an understanding of the methodology—it is a new way of working.
After the training, you will know how to view problems from the perspective of the people most affected by them. You will be able to work more effectively with customer needs, generate ideas in a structured way, and quickly validate whether a proposed solution makes sense. You will also gain hands-on experience with how AI can support selected stages of the innovation process—not as the main focus of the course, but as a practical assistant for working with insights, ideas, and prototypes.
Join us and discover how Design Thinking can transform the way your team approaches innovation, customer needs, and the design of meaningful solutions.
This training is designed for both participants who are new to Design Thinking and those who already have experience with innovation, customer experience, or service design.
No prior knowledge of Design Thinking or AI is required. All you need is a willingness to explore new approaches, work hands-on, and view challenges from the perspective of the people who are genuinely affected by them.
Design Thinking helps teams create solutions that address real human needs. Rather than jumping to the first available idea, it guides teams toward a deeper understanding of the problem, incorporates the customer perspective, and encourages continuous validation throughout the process. As a result, it reduces the risk of developing solutions that may be technically sound but fail to meet customer needs, are difficult to understand, or are unlikely to be adopted.
The strength of Design Thinking lies in its combination of empathy, structured problem-solving, and creativity. It enables teams to collaborate more effectively, learn faster from feedback, and develop solutions that create value for both customers and the business.
This workshop will guide you through the entire Design Thinking process—from the initial challenge to the first solution concept. Through hands-on exercises, you will learn how to better understand customers, identify the real problem, work with ideas, and quickly validate whether a proposed solution makes sense.
During the workshop, you will work with the following topics:
Throughout the workshop, we will also demonstrate how artificial intelligence can support selected stages of the innovation process—for example, through research, insight organization, interview question preparation, idea generation, and concept development.
AI is not the primary focus of the workshop. Instead, it serves as a practical tool that can help teams work faster, more systematically, and with a broader range of inputs and perspectives.
