The training is based on a simulation of a real project. Every day we focus on key areas of the BABOK through practical activities.

Every day:

• one specific assignment is practiced and an analysis and solution proposal are processed in the context of the BABOK.
• it is composed of interactive exercises and practical project tasks that participants solve in teams of 2-5 people.
• it is supplemented with selected theoretical presentations to supplement the information and definitions necessary for the training.
• it is dedicated to discussions, questions, and searching for options.

Throughout the course, specific chapters of the BABOK standard are referenced to anchor the theory.
