ITIL 5 Transformation is a three-day course for professionals who want to lead and manage transformation initiatives across digital products and services. The course provides a practical framework for embedding, sustaining, and optimising change, with a focus on balancing governance, execution, and continual learning.   • Language of instruction: English. Official study materials are in English.
  • Certificate: PeopleCert ITIL Transformation (Version 5), internationally recognised, renewal every 3 years (60 CPD points).
  • Accreditation: Course delivered by an Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) Agilist s.r.o. certified by PeopleCert.
  • ITIL 5 Transformation is the fourth and final specialist module leading to the ITIL 5 Managing Professional designation. The preceding modules are ITIL 5 Experience, ITIL 5 Product, and ITIL 5 Service.
  • Completing all four Managing Professional stream modules leads to the prestigious ITIL Managing Professional (Version 5) title, demonstrating advanced knowledge and skills in digital product, service, and transformation management.
